Less of a park than a sliver of green with a park bench near the entrance to the LA river bike/walk path. I imagine at night this is a sketchy place to be. During the day, it’s pretty sketchy too. Thus, part of its charm. You’ll not find hipsters here congregating. Nor anyone who makes over $40,000 a year. So you can be assured that real people use this area. Are you one too? You’ll know it if you find yourself here.

Of all the pocket parks along Frogtown's river path, this is not the one you wanna hang around at. Lotta sketchy characters, gang members, drug dealing, etc. Best thing to do is just zoom by on the path.
