I went to the store on March 15th. I bought some items. and the guy in the back picked up some shade they realize they was Gucci shades .I said can I see them? so he put them back in the box I said I would like to buy them and so I asked the girl how much they were? all of them got to saying oh they Gucci they Gucci .I can't sell them I got to look them up. I said you are wrong I want to buy them you are wrong .I said if so and so was here he would sell me those shades she said well I have to look them up ..and she put them up I can't sell them right now. That didn't sit well with me. I called the girl back on Sunday and told her she was wrong and I said I didn't like the way I was treated I said so how much did you put on the shade.she said they are gone and she said she had sold the shades to the next customer wow. she said I didn't wait to see. Because she said she couldn't sell them right then I went out the door because she wasn't trying to sell me those. Gucci shades. She said I am sorry you feel that way . so I called and reported it . To some one theat I know. And he reported it and then I had another person call to give my version of it. Is still not sitting well with me and then the manager she called it's still not sitting well with me after she called.. and the guy that work there he is so so nice and he's not working there anymore he was not taking my side it's two sides to a story but I was treated unfairly about some Gucci shades like I can't afford to buy Gucci shades. I think I'm going to take this a little further because it was like I can't purchase those shades and the next person could I I think I will contact someone else to look into this see who bought those shades I just don't like to be treated like that I've been going to that store since they've been open never had a run-in with anyone I can close to some of the employees and still keep in contact with them. So to be treated like that over some shades is sad.. I am always tipping when someone waits on me or do something to load my car. I'm just very disappointed.
