They got rid of the entire $10 part of the store and hiked up the prices on EVERYTHING. Prices are no longer based on item and instead on style (so all sweaters are $50 (insane), all “vintage” band tees are $10, etc). really disappointing because it used to be one of the more affordable places to shop :/ Also half the things in here are labeled vintage but looking at the tag they’re from 2020s lol Shop somewhere else where the prices are better, clothes are cuter, and employees are nicer!!

Prices are medium to expensive for used stuff of lower quality. 4 stars for the stuff sold but 1 star to the cashier people. They have this arrogance to them. Even if you just say simple words like "that's gonna be all" their responses are on the condescending side. I've gone in twice. First time I was myself and friendly and was received by rudeness or snarkiness. Second time I was short and just wanting to pay and go. Same energy.

The cashier is so rude! I was paying for my shirt and first of all the seemed put off that I dared make them do their job. The shirt I was buying was 19.99 so I handed them a 20, they took it and said very condescendingly ‘you’re good to go now’. I was very confused because even if it’s one penny you always give the change back, obviously, so I stood there dumbfounded for a couple seconds while they kept raising their voice saying I can go now. I asked where my change was and all they said was we’re out of pennies still in an extremely rude way. If you’re not able to give people change for cash you HAVE to tell people that before you take their money. I didn’t want to cause a scene and it’s only one penny so I just went on with my day but that is not how you run a business or handle monetary transactions. Absolutely horrible service. Not to mention the prices are ridiculous, definitely don’t recommend coming here.

A happy person :D

This place hasn’t changed in the years since I have been here. The sales associate helped me find a one of a kind dress that fit my style with such ease, that it was pretty impressive on her part. Am highly satisfied with my visit.
