I’m an unlimited member at Regals, I go often but the regal at south beach location is ridiculous.. first : Also Their AC is broken and the entire building is Boiling hot for a whole week now. Second : The VIP Bar section, there’s an older Spanish bartender that was shockingly unprofessional. He was on a phone call and took his time serving us, despite the bar being completely empty. His attitude was arrogant after asking him to please serve me a little faster . I requested the manager due to the bartender's refusal to serve me at this point after a dispute of what god knows he was saying … there’s definitely a language barrier between my English and his Spanish. & manager failed to resolve the issue. Didn’t know what to do. Just to give you an idea, my 50-year-old husband was even asked for ID. The experience was overwhelming and stressful. The bartender's behavior was unacceptable, and I believe he should be let go. It's disappointing to see such poor service. avoid trouble and go to another Regal.

I should have check the reviews before... 19 USD for a VIP seat, AC not properly working, very bad smell of pee and mildew... dirty/oily seats... very pitiful look and sad feeling... avoid if you can

I don’t know what’s going on with the AC at Regal South Beach, but it was rough in there today. I went to see a movie today and it felt warmer than it should in a theater, definitely not the usual “bring a sweater” vibe. If the AC’s broken, please fix it. If not, the temperature needs adjusting. Just a heads-up to anyone going soon: skip the sweater, you won’t need it.

Nice enough theater it’s got all the things I expect. However the smell of homeless people and urine is all over the place. The rest of SoBe has perfume smells and is nice but this place can do better. Also sometimes the air conditioning does not work.
