I’ve been going to Renegade for a little over a year now and love it! Coach Mike is by far the best coach. He has such a positive attitude and his classes are always full of so much energy. He knows every single person that comes in to class, and calls us all by our names. He’s the reason I keep coming back! I wish there was afternoon classes at the college area on Fridays, but I understand why because who wants to work out on a Friday? Nobody! Other than that renegade is great and I love it!

I’ve been a member for over a year now and out of all the studios I’ve tried, this one is hands down the best. Coach Mike, who I believe is also the manager, is the main reason I keep coming back. As a fitness instructor with 15 years of experience, including teaching at Yoga Box which is a sister studio, I know how essential it is to build genuine connections with students and create a strong sense of community. Coach Mike truly excels at this. You can see how much he cares about his people. He is always engaged, offering encouragement and making sure everyone feels welcome and supported. His workouts are challenging but safe, and he always provides great modifications for those dealing with injuries. The music is always on point, adding that extra motivation to push through. Beyond the amazing coaching, the studio itself is fantastic. It’s super clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of parking which makes getting there stress-free. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel inspired and supported while getting an awesome workout, this is definitely it. Highly recommend!
