Do not join this gym. The management is a disaster. I am canceling my membership after a series of completely unprofessional and unacceptable interactions with the manager, Mike. He made inappropriate comments about my workout partners and created a hostile environment. More egregiously, he told my coworker he had canceled her membership, only to have her receive a collections notice months later for a bill he explicitly said was handled. This is not just poor customer service; it's deceitful business practice. When I tried to simpliy cancel my membership today they wouldn't even give me a simple written acknowledgement that it is cancelled. Additionally, on another occasion, Mike made an incredibly inappropriate and rude comment to my girlfriend, asking "which girl is this" and saying it was like the "third girl" I had brought in. This kind of unprofessional and personal commentary is completely out of line for a gym manager. This manager's behavior is a liability to the gym and a complete disservice to its members. The lack of professionalism and integrity is shocking. Save yourself the headache and find a gym with a management team that actually respects its members.

No frills gym with tons of space and equipment. If you're looking for a club like experience to be a part of the 'scene', this isn't it. If you want to get a good workout in without having to feel cramped and wait for a bench, this is your place. I appreciate the industrial feel and what you get is definitely good value for what you'll pay. Staff is friendly and helpful too. One of the better Retro gyms I e been to.

“Worst salesmen ever!” I had this kid with pimples on his face at the front desk and try to sell me the subscription. And he compelled blew the sale, I was the most hot and ready lead. I came in ready to buy and I left with nothing. After an hour!!! Of him “running the numbers” and “checking management” then “calling the supervisor” he finally gave me the iPad to sign up. I was halfway done and then he took it away and called someone else and offered me a plan a didn’t want and how the plan I originally wanted was gone. I left in that moment and I was 30 seconds away from finishing the form and signing up. I wanted to pay in ful and upfront and even called before going to see if they had a deal. The said yes and to come in, and I left with nothing. I can’t believe me wouldn’t sell me the program. I was ready to buy and anybody could have closed me in 5 minutes. No wonder the gym has 3 stars, it all starts with the front desk.

Very conducive environment if you are not into the noise and unnecessary hype. Very clean calm and welcoming Gym. The manager and front desk personnel are very curious and ready to assist you and interact. It’s the first gym I’ve been to where I can actually get a workout. Thank you guys❤️

Not helpful/ not friendly staffs. They make up all excuses not to cancel your membership. Staff said Only manager is allowed to cancel membership and he is only at the location before 12:30pm. Basically if you are busy before 12:30pm you can’t cancel your membership. Finally got to speak to its manager on the phone and pending email confirmation of membership cancellation. At this date and age they should allow clients to cancel their membership online already!
