The store is nice the employees are great and knowledgeable. Why 1star? Zipper broke on my e-bomb three f’ing times. Had it repaired twice through this store. Just broken again yesterday. When you are about to go surfing and your zipper breaks. It’s frustrating as hell and you just go knowing a ton of water is gonna make it suck. Three times??? Maybe get new zippers or repair person. Anyway. Major design flaw. Go with excl or hyperflex.

Such a gorgeous store. The openness. The natural light. The superior quality of the clothing. I love this place. So much to look at. The displays are eye candy. I want everything. The people working were attentive and polite. We come yearly. They have an adorable kids section. They have wetsuits. Boards. Glasses. Clothing. Hats and shoes. So many suits. Love it.

Excellent service! I purchased a surfboard and a wetsuit, and received everything I needed. Since English is not my first language, the sellers were attentive and assisted me with everything. The service was patient, quick, and professional!

First time going body surfing with my 10 year old daughter. We rented wet suits and boogie boards. There where two people helping us out that day and they where supper helpful! We had a great time and my daughter is now in love with body surfing. We took a break for lunch and went to the subway next door. The young lady that helped us came running out of the store to see how we enjoyed the surf and the equipment. That was fantastic customer service. We will be back next time we are in Pacific Beach.

Called this place in advance to check on sizes before heading over only to be told they did not have our sizes when we arrived. Was surprised they didn't have a bigger selection of dry bags as well.
