So I placed an order via the Capriotti’s website to pick up at River West food co at 1025am. I get there and they say they never got the order. The guy up front was super helpful in figuring it out. Even after showing them the screenshot and everything, I just charged it to computer error. It’s like they accepted the order but the Capriotti’s portion of this place wasn’t open yet so that left me empty handed. Upon leaving the store, an hour later, I got a text saying my order was canceled because they couldn’t fulfill it. While I was there I just reordered again and the food was decent. Won’t return though. Also, for anyone getting delivery from here, be advised. There’s a large amount of delivery drivers that just hang out on that street under the viaduct in their cars and wait for orders. On 7/12 around 11am I saw a driver retrieve an order from the box and then use the bathroom that is right next to the exit. He took the food order in there as well. Food bag didn’t look opened but he was in the bathroom for at least 7minutes.

By far the laziest and rudest staff I deal with on a daily basis. Tech at store does not work, employees actively ignore customers while walking back and forth on their phone. Orders regularly inaccurate or not made or not available. Come here as a delivery person for others so it's not my choice to return, but by far the most defunct business I've dealt with ever.

I ordered a curry chicken roti, jerk chicken egg rolls & plantain. Everything was tasty!!! I would've rated the food as a 5, however, the roti had more potatoes than chicken & they charge for pepper sauce which should automatically come as a condiment with the roti. Otherwise, yummy to my tummy!!!

Filthy dirty facility to be handling foods! This is k 24. Red hot chili express. And kitchen 2. lil Greek kitchen! Just two out of the many kitchens housed there! Rats rodents and bugs run rampant throughout this facility! Do not shop here! Multiple OSHA and department of health infractions in this facility! I have notified OSHA, doh as well as fire safety marshals!! … won’t allow upload of videos but do not order from this place ever! Multiple OSHA and health department violations! Pictures are of oven in lil Greek kitchen. Won’t allow upload of videos which I have many of this filthy facility!

Food was perfect! And though the service rep directed me to where I needed to order (I’m an out of towner), I can’t say that she was pleasant. There wasn’t a “Thank You” or “Have a good day” or even a smile…These days, a smile and Hello go a very long way💕 But again, the food was perfect! Ben’s did a wonderful job🥰 Thank you!
