Rowing with Ro has become a highlight of my week! Great instructors and workout. I leave class feeling like I worked hard but also like a million bucks. Classes available at two locations, both excellent. Castle Hill gym is a great venue with kind staff and easy parking. The morning rows on the balcony at Town lake are just the best way to start your day. This is the healthiest addiction I've ever had - can't recommend Ro enough : )

I am new to rowing and this class has been a great introduction. Chelsea is an excellent teacher. She provides each of the class participants with immediate feedback as to their progress. I have enjoyed her choice of music as it provides a nice overlay as to what she is hoping to accomplish in the workout.
