We visited Rodeo Night Club in Austin during our trip and attended on both Friday and Saturday nights. Friday Night: A fight broke out near the bar, and it took security a few minutes to intervene, which was concerning. Saturday Night: The club was crowded, and while we enjoyed dancing, an individual began directing unprovoked insults at my husband. Security promptly intervened, and the person was escorted out by police. However, we later learned from friends who stayed that the same individual was allowed back in and continued to cause disturbances. After we left, we noticed that some of this individual’s friends followed us into the parking lot and approached our truck. This was a very frightening experience and raised serious concerns about the club’s security measures. While the music and atmosphere were enjoyable, the repeated disturbances and safety concerns overshadowed our experience. We hope the club takes steps to ensure a safer environment for all patrons.

My brother and I were rudely turned away at the door because he had no collar on his shirt. Saw several men walking right in with no problem dressed much worse than my brother. Thought that was very suspect since we were the only white people around. The worst part was, In just those few minutes my brothers car was towed and the tow truck was no where in site. It was literally less than 3 minutes total from the time we left the car to the time we came down the entrance steps. I've since been told shopping plazas like the one this is in, often give permission to tow companies to sit and wait for violators and receive a huge chunk of the tow fines. We felt robbed when we went to retrieve his vehicle at the tow company and were told it would be almost as much as our weekly income.The no parking sign was for a business that was closed for the night and the signage was very small and low to the ground. We simply did not see the sign but it mattered not and we were again, rudely dismissed. This is a trap and they all were in collusion in my opinion. Selling out potential customers for unearned income is really sad. 100% con. Stay clear

I went back to this place after 12 years or so (maybe longer) don’t remember. Anyhow, the point is that I was asked to remove my Ariat Cap and take it back to my vehicle because Caps are not allowed in the club… not sure why, my look was more cowboy than many many other people wearing tennis shoes and t-shirts. Don’t know what the deal is with Caps, but why are not allowed but tennis shoes and tshirts are???? Any response Rodeo Club???
