Initially I was to only stay 2 days, however I ended up staying for about 2.5 weeks, it ended up being way more comfortable than I imagined. The room was always clean, housekeeping stayed on top of things, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which was a lifesaver during my stay). The real difference here though is the staff—especially Barbara at the front desk. She was always so nice, professional, and welcoming every time I checked in. She offered helpful recommendations and just had a way of making me feel at ease. Knowing she was working gave me peace of mind and let me finally relax and get the rest I needed. Overall, my stay here was better than expected in every way, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this location, especially because of the great service. Only complaint: no closet, but there is a small dresser attached to the refrigerator and microwave. If you need to hang something you can always buy a portable one from any storage place. Once received a room that smelled of smoke and they moved me without hesitation. TV has a variety of channels not just a few like some places.

I'm a gold member, and I usually find Rodeway Inn to be a good option for my stays. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time. The front office staff is not available consistently. I wanted to check in early, but I couldn't. The room was generally clean and acceptable, although there was no place to put soap and shampoo in the shower, and the sink was too small for items like toothpaste. What bothered me the most was the receptionists. One in particular was very rude to me. She scolded me for leaving my key inside the room and shouted at me that I needed to exchange it for the security deposit refund. Additionally, she refused to give me my receipt, which I found very unprofessional. It would have been more honest for her to admit that she didn't know how the processes worked at the hotel.

It's a tiny hotel with minimal service, right along the street. Parking is limited too. The room is very tight but has everything. The bed is comfortable, and the room is clean. For the price, I can't complain since I only need to rest there.
