Excellent comedy club with a great layout and lovely artist area (for performers)! A friend recently performed for three nights, and we had a wonderful time. Solid bar options and a limited but very tasty food menu along with consistently excellent service made for a wonderful time. I worked in Sunnyvale and am disappointed that I didn’t learn about Rooster T Feathers until now. They’ve been in business ~40 years with the current owner for ~25 years, and she awesome on both personal and professional levels. I’ll definitely be back and hope to see more friends perform here soon!

I went on Sunday night when veterans and first responders get in free. The host and all the comedians were professionals. It was an awesome show. If you live in the area and haven't gone, you should be ashamed of yourself. Very inexpensive night of comedy.

I liked the comedian but the table service was really slow. When ordering my second drink for the 2-item minimum, (regular coke), it took a very long time to arrive when others around me who ordered after i did got their alcoholic drinks much quicker. Also, my tab was delivered literally during the headliner's final joke which made it feel rushed. The club is nice and have been here a few times, but this was a disappointing experience.

We love seeing live comedy and appreciate having such an intimate venue so close for that. However, the service has been quite poor the last few times we've gone. Last night, our server didn't get to us for the first time until we had been seated for over an hour and the headliner had already started. There was only one bartender and people we waiting for their drinks for half an hour after they ordered. If there had been at least one more bartender and two more servers, they could have doubled their sales because not one table in that place got had a chance to order the two drink minimum that is supposedly required. I hope Rooster's will start adequately staffing the place soon.
