Stayed here around 2019 for a few weeks when I was a teen, I’m in my own place now but I really needed that help. Good food, great staff, the bathrooms are clean and so are the beds. When I was there they had a locker system where you could keep stuff during the day while you were out and about, and a big library of free clothes and shoes and backpacks and stuff. They even washed my clothes for me overnight on request. Little to no restrictions for entry but a solid sign-in system for safety. Truly an awesome place that helps people, thank you Roots I’ll never forget what yall did for me :)

Lived here from 2019-2021. It’s what you make it. Your either going to handle your business or your going to waste your life way til you get kicked out. A lot of mental issues here, but also a lot of resources to assist you getting off the streets. Definitely helped!

Truly helped some kids I know. Good meals, laundry facilities, amity to earn tracphone minutes by doing chores for the shelter, beds for 43 young adults. They can only give beds to re a night so if more come they have to turn some away that night. It's night to night so they could possibly find a bed the next night. The boys said the food wS good

Absolutely garbage. Staff harass queer youth and won't ban youth who provably SA'd other youth. They do nothing about theft and in fact the staff put my partner's personal belongings into donations before the agreed upon time period before which he agreed to pick them up. Not text, no email, nothing. If you complain about anything to staff, they'll just tell you to file a grievance report. Grievance reports get you absolutely nothing other than passive aggressive emails saying something to the tune of "oh, well we're sorry you FEEL that way, but it's not our fault that we did something wrong." If you can, avoid this place, if not, I'm truly sorry.
