Wow!!! This has to be one of the best studios in Dallas!!! We recorded three music videos here and everything was perfect. From the set designs to location. Ample parking and facilities were great 👍🏻 We needed projectors and lots of props and this place was a treasure trove for design. It truly is a place of creativity, inspiration and community. Best of all the host is an extremely generous and supportive team member who literally was there every step of the way to bring all facets of our shoots together with ease. Perfect place for music videos, events photography it has it ALL!!

Mel and his team were amazing! I was allowed to arrive earlier than agreed on Peerspace to give me more time to figure out the decor. Mel and his team stepped up and made sure the place looked beautiful for my event. I was well taken care of, everyone was kind, I had a successful debut and it was the most beautiful ambiance I could ask for! To everyone at Royal Lane Studios, all I can say is thanks for being real life angels to me. Will be booking this space again for sure!

I really wanted to give this venue 5 stars considering some people I know spoke so highly of the place. However, this was not my experience. The communication was terrible. Waiting to return messages 5/6 days later or not even at all. My event was May 25th and upon arrival the venue was dirty. Floors weren't clean, bathrooms were filthy, and the venue was not set up per our discussion. In addition, I had asked to use the technology set up on the premises...that was a flop. We had no mics for the first hour and a half of the event, couldn't play our music, and our presenters could not play their slide shows. The slide show that was supposed to be ongoing, it quickly turned into BOOTY SHAKING VIDEOS. There was noone on site when we arrived.....after spending an hour trying to get a hold of the "owner" regarding everything that was not happening as planned; He walked in about 45 minutes later looking like a deer in headlights. Not even aware of what was happening. This was the absolute most UNPROFESSIONAL experience and location I have ever encountered. It took almost 3 weeks to get my deposit back. This place has a lot of potential, but management needs to step it up and be more professional. Very unfortunate because people are asking about the place but I refuse to refer because they shouldn't experience what I had to experience.

This is a very honest review. The space is comfortable and is 100% equipped for the event you want. But, until the day of my event I knew that there would be other clients taking photos and videos in the area where I would be with my guests. They never told me that was a possibility. I had to set everything -again- 1hr before the people came. My team, people from the venue and some guests helped me to finish all the decorations so it would be ready before the rest of the guests arrived… this was not necessary and not the customer's fault, sorry. I do not recommend this place, my event was perfect, but having a bad time was not necessary if the venue had been clear from the beginning. This review is in here because they blocked me through Peerspace. I am not a bad client but they never ever apologize instead they told me “we can’t book only your event”. Thank you, not thank you. I don’t recommend them.
