The shop is very cute and clean with very friendly and helpful staff! The cookies all look delicious and they let you try samples which is awesome! They have two gluten free cookies which are both on an almond cookie base. They said one always has the signature pink frosting and the other varies each month or so. This month it was the chocolate dipped with the shredded coconut sprinkled on top. I bought the two gluten free cookies for me and the triple chocolate (the Maris?), the chocolate chewy caramel, the peanut butter truffle, and the yellow cake cookies for my children. They liked all the cookies with the chocolate ones being the biggest hits. I found my cookies felt underbaked (and the non-gluten free cookies definitely had that same doughy quality when I cut them up for my kids to split). I like a soft cookie, but I also like a crisp exterior. There was no crunch to either of the gluten free cookies and, sadly, they were very doughy. The flavor of the chocolate coconut one was good, but the one with frosting was much too sweet for me or my husband. Not sure if I'd buy the gluten free cookies again because of the doughy softness.

RubySnap has a special place in my heart! Definitely one of my favorite local SLC spots. They have a wide variety of fun, flavorful cookies with their own names (and they let you sample, whaaat?!). The environment is always warm, and friendly. I’ve truly never had a negative experience here…and I’m here a lot. Come for the cookies, stay for the whole experience! RubySnap just gets it.

Charming and original cookie shop. Incredibly delicious selection. Unique flavors along side favorites. The orange zest cream cheese is my favorite. The lemon head candy lemon glaze and Lizzy pink grapefruit poppyseed are bomb. The Elle Frangipane fresh raspberry cream cheese is divine and gluten free! The parking is tight but they move quickly with efficient service.

The staff were super helpful, it was my first but not last time visiting. They let us sample cookies and answered any and all questions. The flavors were fantastic and should appease any person who walk in. Chocolate to citrusy flavors. I’m just sad they don’t have another location closer to Midvale/Sandy area. The location also has terrible parking options but does not impede my review. I’d choose this over other cookie vendors. Next time I’ll probably buy a packet of cookie dough. :)
