This is the best Safeway I’ve ever been to. The prepared sandwiches are awesome and affordable- perfect for quick work lunches! Drive up orders are immediate, produce is awesome, lines are never long. And everyone there is incredibly helpful. Two weeks ago I had a young lady scour the store with me for harissa after I tried (it’s fine, it’s in a different section in every different chain). I once had another woman give me an amazing recommendation for foot cream that helped with the dryness. This weekend though was awesome- I was running super late for a concert and couldn’t find ponchos anywhere. I called and Christian found them and set them aside for me at customer service. When I got there, I found that they had already been paid for, which saved me even more time. What a fitting name! Thank y’all so much and thank you Christian for taking the time. It made my day!

Been going here for many years and they always have what I need at competitive prices! Between the fresh food in the deli or specialty breads from the bakery they're always spot on! Great selection of fresh cut meats like steaks, pork chops & chicken to a produce section with farm fresh fruits, vegetables and juices! They have just the right amount of self check out aisles and employee staffed check out aisles to give you options while keeping the wait times in lines at a minimum! Friendly, helpful employees at a clean, well run store that also delivers from on line orders as well! Convenient locations all over town so why would you even consider shopping any place else? Pharmacy is also very good and they get my prescriptions filled within an hour of leaving the doctor's office which just called them in! 10/10 all the way around!

Safeway at Quebec (Lowry location) overcharged my card and this happened twice for the past year. Luckily I kept my receipt and today I was at their customer service for how they overcharged my card and the guy there was acting very unprofessional and giving me wrong excuses and had no explanation for what happened! People need to stay away from this location and always check your receipt before you leave this place. I feel so sorry that there are so many people that shop there and are getting their money stolen without even knowing. If something like this happens to you, you should spread awareness. I don’t even like to write reviews but today I felt so offended and I didn’t hear an apology or any reasonable explanation from the customer service. (today is 08/02/2025)

I have shopped at this store for many years and have had mostly positive experiences. Recently I made an online purchase for pick up. Over $50 of the groceries were missing. I had to submit a request for refund and place the order a 2nd time for missing items. When I went to pick up order they had my original missing items as well as newly ordered replacements. I let the employee know when he dropped them at my vehicle. But he chose to just place them in my trunk anyway. Refund was denied and I was forced to purchase duplicate items.
