Flower department and Department Manager Sunny Ray are above the rest! Sunny Ray understands what customer service is! She manages her Floral Department and keeps it stocked knowing she works around the corner from Ft. Logan National Cemetery and wants to have her dept. stocked not only for her customers but for their loved ones. Not only did she help me arrange my bouquet of flowers but I also watched her help an elderly customer who addressed her as flower lady. She dropped what she was doing and not once told one of us to give her a minute or to hold on. Thank you Sunny Ray for having such pride in what you do and knowing the importance of your department.

The workers @ this specific store are, hands down, the best in the business. And although it was heartbreaking to learn of Marina's passing, there is STILL a handful of amazing employees still there-- starting with Yvonne! She is the absolute greatest. Always sincere, fun, caring, friendly, professional, efficient & helpful.. and you can always count on having a laugh & having the best conversations with her while checking out your groceries. Desiree is pretty close behind. I can't say enough about her willingness to help & her welcoming attitude towards customers. What wonderful women. On the other hand, I wish I knew the name of the Deli Shift Lead (maybe Pat?) because he is always 1 knowledgeable guy & deserves tons of recognition. He is always a huge help whenever I stop in. Its to the point that even if they are sold out of an item, he will offer to make a brand new one on the spot, just to satisfy his customers. 95% of the world's workforce would NOT do that- but he does & that's what sets him apart. Those are the kinds of differences that make it worth visiting and/or supporting this specific store

The floral department is a joke, if you’re looking for wedding flowers please go elsewhere. I had a friend get her wedding bouquets here a few years ago and they were nice so I thought I would get the same for my wedding. I came and showed multiple photos of what I wanted and to my horror, the night before my wedding I saw them and they were horrible. Looked nothing like what I asked for and the roses were so tiny, the quality was awful. They did try to fix it but it looked really bad. The bridesmaids bouquet were a little better but the quality of the flowers were just bad, we had to buy extra flowers so they could look presentable. I had to make my own bouquet the day of my wedding, no way was I going with what they made. I wish we just made our own bouquets from the start.
