All of the amenities at sailboat bay apartments are absolutely great. They are so pet friendly and I’ve had absolutely no issues since moving in there. Attached are pictures of their 2/2 units as I couldn't find any before I moved in. The units are old and their repairs are just enough to get by. The people are nice and the community is quiet. In that much nature, there are a lot of bugs. When it rains, there is flooding and big puddles to walk through. Access to lake Lynn with a 2 mile trail a plus. Absolutely no storage. 😞 But, overall ehh ok!

I leased this place blindly since I moved from Miami for work. The team was so communicative and helpful the entire process which I thought would be stressful but was so easy! I've been here 2 months now and the entire time they have been amazing, maintenance requests get answered immediately even non emergency ones. They keep up with the complex, they just repainted and it looks great. The community is amazing, its quiet, peaceful and everyone is kind, my neighbor and I became great friends very quickly. Having a huge lake in the backyard is a plus and the trail is beautiful. I love my apartment, its renovated and while you can tell its got some years on it they've done a great job at keeping it up. Also i think due to the year it was built the drywall is the real deal, my neighbor and i can't hear each other at all even with music blasting! Totally unlike the new builds that cheap out on the walls and you can hear your neighbor sneeze. The community is very dog friendly and I think everyone here has a dog! It is truly a joy to come home here every day and I will most likely be staying here a few more years until I buy a house. The community, the apartment, the management, etc. Are 10/10 and I don't think I could have made a better choice. Thank you Sailboat Bay for making me feel at home I hope this place never changes.

First of all — the area in which this place is located is so gorgeous. It’s right on Lake Lynn which just got repaved not too long ago, it’s a gorgeous trail. Community is quiet and the surrounding neighborhoods are great for walks as well. Second — and I think most important — is the level of support and attention that I’ve gotten from the staff is phenomenal. Emely was supportive and responsive during my touring process, and Skyler was SO accommodating and helpful during my move in. Big shout out to the team here. I definitely recommend this community for anyone looking for a peaceful community with lots of trees and an amazing team managing it.

The apts are ok and the best part is their proximity to the lake which is beautiful. But I want to warn others about the lease policy which was never explained to me. After living there for 1 1/2 years, I was accepted into a senior housing complex and needed to break my lease. Originally I was told that when leaving before a lease expires, I would have to pay for 2 months rent. Actually, you will have to pay 4 months rent from the day that you give notice. This was a hardship for me as I could not put the senior apt on hold and had to pay both rents. Emele, the assistant manager was very kind and tried to help me, but the manager insisted that I pay the full amount, which seemed unreasonable to me. So, beware, and keep this in mind if you might not intend to stay till your lease expires.
