Ordered online and 2 main products I ordered were canceled because prices were low and they refused to sell at the price they listed. I ended up ordering more stuff i didn't really need so waste a trip to the store for free shipping because 2 items backorder, 1 item was not in my bag. Really frustrating to not get the items I needed because your online system is crap, more items unavailable, missing item. Online chat help feature never worked. Guy at the store was nice and super helpful.

Purchased items online, was advised to return them to the store within the 30-day purchase window. Returned the item in store, got an email saying that the original form of payment will be credited. An hour later got an email saying that a gift card has been issued for the amount of the refund! Called the store and they said that they "clicked the wrong button" and that I could come in to have the card cashed out. West Marine is pretty far out of the way for me, so that's not happening. They were not willing to budge. I guess i'll just dispute it with my credit card, they tend to resolve things much easier than the retail businesses. Disgusted by my experience.
