This is me and my husband’s go to sushi spot. I don’t have a picture of the sushi unfortunately, but it’s absolutely delicious. Both presentation and flavor of the rolls are a 10/10. Their drinks are great too, love the lychee toji temple. Will be back soon! :)

Sake Haus sushi is top tier, solid 8/10. Not giving it a 10 because the service could be better (and you can tell from other reviews too). That said, the fish is super fresh and the Kin nigiri omakase is fire. One of the best spots in AZ. Sushi Rolls: RYUjIN KYUUBI THE KITSUNE

Came here for a light dinner on Friday evening. We ordered miso soup (it listed enoki mushrooms but I didnt see any in mine) and seaweed salad, but they made and sent out sashimi salad. We decided to eat it - it was good. I ordered a mocktail (was decent) and we ordered a roll and one of the sushi sampler options. The wait on the soup and salad wasn't bad - 15 mins. After an hour had passed after we received the appetizers, we were told that 6 others were ahead of us. We were told that our orders were still being made twice. So, we canceled the order after the second time and left to get food elsewhere since it had been an extremely long duration AND we did not see anyone on our side of the restaurant receive any of their orders. If you absolutely want to try out this place, and you're going on a weekend in the evening, anticipate hanging out for at least 2 hrs for all of your food. Otherwise, I'd suggest coming during non peak hours.
