Great park but kinda a crap shoot in terms of people. Slides and playground and good, same with the basketball court. People are usually very nice and kind but be wary of the occasional boulder bad apple Karen. Was screamed at, berated, and filmed for throwing my dog a ball off leash (she has an e-collar, wouldn’t hurt a fly, and sight and sound tags 🙄) in the middle of the day with no one there but us. Sure no dogs at parks off leash but if you agree with all the dumb boulder laws and ordnances maybe take a look at yourself too. Plus they put a big camera tower there recently because of “grafiti” and “shady characters”. It’s north boulder, take a deep breath. Maybe if cops/rangers did their jobs instead of enforcing bureaucracy on the average citizen we wouldn’t need it. All in all good park, but another odd boulder social experiment currently.

Slides, swings, and more. The kiddos will have fun.

The park is a nice size to keep young kids occupied. Relatively quiet, but summer mornings it usually has one or two other families around. It also has public bathrooms open in the warmer months, which is a plus. Can get a bit busy when kids from the onsite summer camp come out to play.

This park is a great gathering place for kids of all ages. Little ones have lots of playground equipment to crawl around on. Young adults have plenty of open space to have ball games or to relax in the sunshine. This park has a unique benefit of also having a central building which has a small theater. My daughter attends a Boulder Open Space spring break camp here. They did a theatrical performance that was unforgettable!

Beautiful neighborhood park with play areas for toddlers through young children. Basketball court and hard surface area is in good condition next to a large well-maintained green space!
