I went yesterday, and asked for a gel remover and a basic manicure. Took almost 40min to take the gel, that was very bad removed, used so many tools and product, and a gel remover that gave me a alergy (still have it). The basic manicure was very basic....the nails polish did not dry, I have to remove everything when I was back home, because was terrible. Also, asked to fix a broken nail, she did with super glue and ofc last for 5 minutes. Paid for a service that I needed to re-do at home.

Got my nails done recently, a gel manicure, and this is what they look like just 3 days later. Completely different color after spending 75$. I have not been in the sun, have not used chemicals, or anything like that. I have had this happen after a two week long vacation in the sun and using sunscreen, but a complete change in color after not even 3 days is ridiculous. They were clearly a very bright pink and faded to an almost white color.

This is the photo of the final work… 1. I booked online mani and pedi - the booking said that it will take 75 minutes total. So I planned my day accordingly. 2. The manicurist did not speak a single word of English so I couldn’t communicate to her anything. 3. 2.5 hours later when I was late for work my nails looked terrible. Nail polish looked very bad, cuticle wasn’t removed well and the shape of nails was off. And the place still uses foil to remove gel nail polish… 4. So I ask to put a top coat and I try to leave. I leave and I see that one hand had too coat but all the fingers on the left hand had no top coat and the surface was sticky. 5. I come back and try to talk to front desk. With broken English she is trying to prove me that I have a top coat instead of admitting a mistake and apologizing. 6. This is shocking that the service like that is legally allowed in America… 7. They have very appealing prices but it’s not worth it. The worst beauty experience ever!
