Loved my experience here! This was my first yoga experience and honestly it’s going to be hard to top! Kristina (owner) and Ashley (instructor) were very personable and very helpful. They made the environment so soothing and the studio is very nice! The classes are also very fairly priced ($24/class) and they offer memberships as well. I work in software development so a bit stressful and this class (restorative yoga and meditation) was exactly what I needed to relax and just get my mind off of work for an hour. I appreciated how Kristina immediately noticed I was new and took her time to show me around and make me feel comfortable. The studio is also very clean, props well maintained, and definitely no lingering smells like a typical gym. You can tell this place is ran with genuine love and care! Will definitely be back, and I recommend you give it a chance too! Thank you Satya Yoga! :)

Janie Montague, the instructor my first morning, made me feel at ease from the warm welcome she extended. After taking advantage of the first class free and $20 unlimited for 10 consecutive days promotions, I was hooked enough to enroll in Satya Yoga’s unlimited membership. Janie and Amy Price, who teaches the Yogalates class, keep me coming back often. Very welcoming studio, friendly people, and very soothing environment. 💕
