Not very happy with the service I received. I have two daughters who took pictures and we asked to have one daughter’s picture retaken. Instead of letting us come in and retake one picture they cancelled our complete order and made us process a whole new order once the picture was retaken. When we reprocessed the order the price of the package had increased, the option to have the pictures sent to the school was not available and I was stuck having to pay an additional fee for shipping. $21 more because their photographer couldn’t take a decent picture of a girl with glasses. Hopefully I can talk to the school and suggest they use a different company for school pictures moving forward. Edit to my original review. The owner reached out and corrected the error. I appreciate that level of customer service.

Had pictures orders thru my kids school, the picture never came, they said they'd resend it, but the school still has no record of it being delivered. Now everything says they are closed until next school year. The phone system, email system is no way helpful for this inconvenience. I will be sure to never use this place and will discourage any school from doing the same especially since I can't even get a refund.

Second update: Melanie took my order over the phone and I was able to get my kid’s photo. She was so kind and patient and really went above and beyond to make sure I was able to place an order despite the problems with the website. Update: The website and proof card both clearly state that digital orders can be placed through June 30, 2022 but ever since the option for ordering print packages was removed, the website will not allow any orders to be placed. The same dialogue box I mentioned before appears. I called the phone number listed and got a voicemail that they are out of office and will not be returning phone calls or emails. If I could have ordered the photos before now, I would have but it’s very upsetting to still be within the stated time frame and not be able to order. The website is horrible, the company is unreachable and I’m left without my kids school pictures. First of all, let me just say that $37 for only a digital download is absurd. The website is poorly made and I currently cannot get my cart to clear so I can place my order. I want only one digital download, but because I mis-clicked, I have two in my cart. When I try to remove one, a dialogue box appears to state an error occurred and both images remain in my cart. I’m not paying $70 for the same photo twice.
