Best day of golf in a long time. The weather was just perfect high 60s, no wind, not a cloud in the sky. Just epic conditions, the course was well kept, greens were in good shape. I met some friends and we just had a great round.

It was great until the last 4 hole. The foursome in front of us just didn't care that it was back up. There were a foursome behind us and another foursome behind them that quit. Meanwhile, the foursome in front of us is a hole or 2 behind. Nobody was in front of them. None at all, to be fair. There was a Marshall, but I don't think those guys listened. Lack of etiquette. Hopefully, our next experiences will be much more pleasant. Shout out to Ivan and his grandson from Iowa. It was a pleasure playing with you both.

We had a 3:08 tee time on a very hot day yesterday. I don’t play this course a lot, but it was very warm to say the least. There was a group 2 holes ahead of us. That was extremely slow. We had to wait approximately 3 to 5 minutes for each shot. We called the clubhouse to see if the Ranger could speed them up. He finally got there and said he would do what he could. The course is pretty decent for the middle of summer and I enjoy it very much. Usually at this time of the day in the middle of the summer, you don’t have to wait very long for each shot. That was pretty disappointing. I definitely will play it again but We’ll make sure to pick a better day.
