I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience with Brittnee A was disappointing. This was my mom’s first Lagree class, and honestly, I’m really let down by the lack of help especially considering I’ve been to different classes and studios before. I had assured her the instructors would be welcoming and supportive, but unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. For half of the treadmill section, she was uncomfortable and holding on until I figured out the concept and could guide her. The class concept itself is great, but the lack of guidance and cold demeanor made it hard to enjoy. I’m sad that I won’t come back because I really wanted to love this class.

Kaysi was so pleasant and sweet! She gave clear instructions and paid close attention to everyone in the class. I really felt the burn and the music was great. It was my first time doing lagree and i’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been going to this gym for about a month and really enjoy the classes—most of the instructors are welcoming and create a great atmosphere. Today, though, I had a less positive experience with Brittnee. My friend was joining for the first time, and when we asked a simple question before class, her response felt a bit rude and not very welcoming. I completely understand the need to start class on time, but a little more courtesy can make a big difference, especially for newcomers. Overall, I still recommend the gym and really enjoy the workouts, and hopefully experiences like this won’t happen again.

I absolutely love SculptHouse! I’ve been a loyal client for over two years now, and it’s truly one of the best studios I’ve ever been to. The workouts are top-tier, the instructors are motivating, and the overall vibe is always uplifting and professional. It’s been such a key part of my fitness journey. That said, I do think there are a couple of areas that could use some thoughtful adjustment…particularly around the strict cancellation policy and the very tight grace period for arriving late. With the ongoing construction in the area for the past year and a half, parking can be incredibly challenging. There have been multiple occasions where I’ve been late or unable to make it simply because I couldn’t find a spot, despite leaving early. Emergencies and life happen, and it can feel frustrating when long-standing members are penalized for things outside of their control. I fully respect having structure and policy in place, but I think it wouldn’t hurt to revisit them with a bit more grace and flexibility, especially for loyal members who consistently show up. SculptHouse is a phenomenal studio and I’ll continue to recommend it, but I do hope some of these customer experience policies are re-evaluated to better support the amazing community you’ve built.

Amazing workout at Sculpthouse in Buckhead! I particularly love the cardioSculpt, half the workout is on the treadmill and since i want to lose weight as well as toning and strengthening my body, it's the perfect combo for me. If you prefer a full strength workout, you have that option as well. I prefer Natalie as an instructor. She is hands-on and makes sure you are doing the right form every time. Love this place!
