Best of all, no license was required, which made it simple and stress-free for us to enjoy the day. The add-ons were fantastic and really elevated the experience — everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The staff were amazing: so kind, welcoming, and patient. They helped us board and disembark with ease and made sure we felt totally comfortable before heading out. Highly recommend this experience — we’ll absolutely be coming back!

We rented a pontoon on Sunday for my family and a fried and from the beginning to end we had a great time. The dock crew assisted us with any questions and explained everything very well. Highly recommend if you are looking to do something different with family and friends. Will definitely be renting again.

Horrible experience. This whole experience was stressful and frustrating. We spent more time worrying about whether we were in trouble than relaxing on the water. Despite following all the rules and staying within our rental time, no one offered an apology or refund. Even after requesting a full AND/OR a partial refund we were told they do not offer any. We even asked if they could give us more time on the boat and they refused. The lack of communication and customer service made the outing more stressful than fun. Would not recommend. If I could I would give this place 0 starts.
