Great Tai Chi classes! Dan is wonderful. He's very patient, and great at giving just the piece of feedback that helps me make progress. Tai Chi is not just movements, but also connection to your 'center' and breath. Dan knows tons about how Tai Chi connects to the other martial arts, as well as to Chi Gong and Chinese Mediine. And relaxing/not holding muscle tension is a big part of what we do as well. Classes are small (except the Saturday morning free one, which might have 15-30 people in it). And the prices are very good, much lower than most places.
