Said from the get go i didnt have the title or registration yet they still said they could help me but wasted 3 weeks of my time extremely upset had to make 7 appointments because they couldn't comprehend that i asked them to bring a lue of tittle or whatever there called to file for lost tittle which they told me they had and could bring but i hope this helps someone not waste there time as they clearly wasted mine yea i know its my responsibility to have that on hand but why you gonna tell someone you can send a paperwork that you dont have
