Wow! What a beautiful experience. Dana brought so much care and balance to the class. It was both energizing and releasing. I’m a yoga teacher who likes to try a lot of different teachers to stay fresh and her class went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Seeking Space is a beacon of peace in the turbulence of now. Sarasvati brings magic and wisdom far beyond the asanas she offers. She invites each of us to drop into the mystery while gently holding space to find that mystery unfolding within.

I am a member of the Seeking Space Yoga. I had never taken an aerial yoga class until today and I loved it! It was neat to see that I can do yoga movements in the air while I am in the hammock. Our instructor, Annie, was so nice and led us all through the class. She sang some mantras at the end of class and it was so beautiful. I had never heard an om the way she sang it. It inspired me to continue practicing my own om and other mantras that I am starting to learn about. I was happy she incorporated this component at the end because I am drawn to yoga that incorporates yogic philosophy. I'm so grateful for this experience I could have today at Seeking Space Yoga.
