Kyle was able to pick up where I had left off with them, gave me some great pointers to get me started, got progressing and improving as he gave me pointers over the helmet intercom. I recently spent some time in San Diego visiting family and decided to look into renting an Efoil. I did a quick google search and discovered SENDIT. I called and spoke with Kyle who was very friendly and able to get me and my cousin booked for the next day. The booking process was very easy with everything done right on the website. I was immediately provided with all the information for our reservation including location and what to expect. Kyle met us at our scheduled time at the location and had all of our equipment ready to go right on the beach. He gave us a safety briefing, explained everything about the equipment and then we jumped in the water. Since I had previous experience he let me go and offered some helpful tips and spent time with us in the water. Kyle was a great teacher, all the equipment was in great condition and he was cool to hang out with. We definitely will use Kyle’s service again the next time we’re in San Diego!
