We always enjoy our trips to Shake Shack. Awesome burgers. Good fries. This was my first time dining in at this location that serves Chicago’s trendy West Loop area, located just outside the CTA green line station at Lake and Morgan. I should have told someone this when I was there, but I didn’t think about it until afterward. The water in the bathroom is so scorching hot. This could be very dangerous for a small child or someone not paying attention. Please adjust the water temperature!

Probs my fault for ordering a hot dog from here. But my god this thing was a disgrace to Chicago. Asked for a Chicago dog with everything on it and the cashier looked at me like I was insane. This a dog with peppers and onions, as close as it got I guess. Also, the interior is bland like an Apple Store or doctors office. No franks!

Shake Shack rates to me first for its cleanliness. An added bonus was the refreshing positive service of the female cashier, who helped me process my late afternoon custard treat, and told me about the seasonal Dubai Shake- I will be back for it and the line staff from the young man who greeted me to Adamiron who presented me with my order. Fortunate to the owner/manager who assembled this trio. When you have cleanliness, quality food and great professional, I want to be there service, you have my business.
