I stayed in an older unremodeled portion of the hotel and it showed. The bathtub drain didn't work and the shower wouldn't get hot. The facilities overall were acceptable. The worst part was the 3-inch long Oriental cockroach that I found in the common area bathroom hallway. I probably won't go back.

Very good hotel. There is no air plain noise despite being literally on the runway. A step up from the other hotels nearby. Only wish was the the coffee was not weak. Great service and pet friendly. Pool, weight room, and hot tub are nice as well.

not bad but not great. nice looking building but is lacking when it comes to house keeping. food left in mini fridge, no soap in shower. items worth mentioning when the HVAC turns on there is a very loud "click" from the contactor/relay and because you are close to the airport you will hear jets. door slams are just the norm these days. blackout curtains are effective, 3 bottles of water in the room. indoor pool, small exercise room. now that all of that all of that is out of the way its time for the good good! these pillows just fit me, its like they know my life! in combination with the bed I honestly didn't want to leave I couldn't hear anything thing once I was in bed! easily the best sleep I've had in months!!! also USB's all over the place!

We checked in late on July 5th after a long flight to find our hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke & there was no window to fully open to let fresh air in. No other rooms were available so we checked out and went to a different hotel. Two weeks later the charge is STILL on my credit card statement (after front desk assured me we would be fully refunded that night), when I called the hotel just now they have no notes on what happened. Very disappointing experience. Will never stay here again.
