Rude customer service rep, won’t be back, not worth it. Go to sister company if you are looking for items at discounted price. Tj Maxx, Marshall’s or Home goods all carry the same items, may find better customer service there.

Sierra is a great place for outdoorsy attire and equipment. They had a lot to offer throughout the store, and were well stocked on items that were not available at other competitors stores. The store is well kept and extremely clean and the cashiers and employees are always a pleasure. Defiantly recommend if you are looking for cheap but great outdoor equipment/clothes.

Overflow stock, closeout, and lodge blemish cast iron. It's a different store every time you go, it seems. I like Sierra and their other stores (TJ Maxx and Home Goods) because they are clean, well lit, and have mostly good quality products for really good prices (usually).
