Front desk staff was super helpful and very friendly. At first, I was getting charged an exorbitant amount. But then she re-ran my insurance and saved me a considerable amount of money. I am deeply appreciative. The tech that did my CT scan was very friendly as well. I was there at 3:15 on Thursday 7/17 if you want to figure out who the awesome staff was.

The tech made me feel safe and welcomed which helped ease the fears I had and walked me through the entire process. This was my second time at this location and both times were great. I love the front desk staff as well; welcoming, funny, and just good people.

Front desk staff was very nice and professional. I was seen an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment so there is plenty of room for the clinic to improve but the radiologist was very nice and efficient. Best thing is I was informed my appointment was running an hour late, this allowed me to find ways to occupy the extra time positively.

For the scan itself - Fast, efficient, and friendly. Just a hint always ask for self pay price even if you have insurance and your deductible is high. The price difference may astound you. Took off a star for not having had the study read yet a week later. I can't imagine how this must be for people who need the report urgently for their care. I had to call to ask for the reading and was told only business days count like a bank. I will come back and keep taking off a star each week until read. Well now onto week two without a reading despite customer disservice call. Minus a star.
