I had to stop by for work. I was amazed at their new facility. According to the receptionist it's 1 1/2 yrs. old. I loved all the amenities it offers the residents and it's easily accessible because it's next door to a Dart station.

I can't speak to the actual rec center or activities there, but the baseball diamond is really nice. Bleachers in the shade for parents and a well maintained field for the players. There's also a bike/run path next to the field that will be part of the loop they are building around Dallas.
