We had a great day tubing down the Huron River with my daughter's girl scout troop - 22 of us. The staff was very accommodating and cheerfully assisted us from reassuring my daughter that her shoes were good enough to hosing off our shoes at the end. The only negative was waiting a half hour for our "tour" to start, but all in all that was a minor inconvenience.

Good experience overall. Website reasonably easy to use. The staff is helpful and courteous, the Kayak was comfortable and the process of leaving your car at one park being driven to the place you put in the kayak or canoe and then paddling back to where your car is works really well. One humorous suggestion, Get a person with a better voice To do your voicemail message. If that is Skip, you need to step aside, buddy and let one of those nice young people, male or female, do the recording. You’re scaring off customers.🤪
