Skyline Park is where I hung out as a child and now I bring my grandbaby

Really nice park, lots for the kids to play on. Nice large grassy area and plenty of seats

This park is okay, but to me it does the bare minimum. I would like to see more opportunities for cleanup events, as the park and the suburbs near it has a lot of litter, such as beer caps, sodas, tissues, and fast food packaging. I’m not sure if the park is regularly cleaned. If it isn’t, then it is helping to pollute our environment as well as our ocean, weakening the food chain as many animals can’t distinguish or avoid the plastic and other debris. This may also be an issue with the people that go to the park for activities like seeing their friends and family play soccer or baseball; I’ve seen many groups fail to pick up after themselves. Please take this into consideration so that we can still have a recreational center as well as a healthy environment and lifestyle for the community.

Skyline Park has always been the heartbeat of the community. When you a here, you are family. The youth sports programs are one of the greatest in the city of San Diego. Due to the coaching staff and cheer moms who once either played youth sports and or cheered as a youth who are now the parents of the kids they coach. It is definitely a community friendly Park

The quality of the shade under the trees at this park is unbeatable. There are plenty of trees to sit under and just chill out. The grass is also on point. There's a baseball field outside and a playground area for kids. Plenty to do if you have an imagination. There's also pull-up bars and other fitness things like that. Also a basketball court.
