I have been to many stores in my life and I went to the Smith's to try to find something I couldn't find anywhere else. I couldn't believe how beautiful this store was, it was clean and well organized and super easy to find what you're looking for. I am so impressed I still hadn't found what I was looking for and this gentleman says to me, "Is there something I can help you with?" I said, "Yes, I sure hope so!" I told him my situation that I couldn't find my item anywhere. He said, "Well, you're in luck. Follow me." He asked me how my day was going, if I was doing anything fun. He guaranteed he'd always have my product or one of theirs. That just made my day! The gentleman, the grocery manager, Nick, was wonderful. He even helped me to my car when I was done. Thank you, Nick. I will be shopping at your store from now on!!

This smiths has the worst meat department i have ever seen. I am an employee of smiths and I have never seen a department this decrepit almost every pack of beef had almost spoiled them were all showing various forms early rot. I picked the one good case of beef I could find and when I got home I found it too to be in the early stages of going out of date. If I were the store director of this smiths I would be ashamed

Great late night shopping 11pm, but definitely a few navigation issues because of shelf restocking. The staff was super helpful and offered to assist when I looked lost. They had $5 Friday's which I was late to (no more chicken tenders), but there were tons of deli options available including salads, pulled adobo and pork, roast turkey and 1/2 chickens. The produce section was on the smaller side, but clean and beautiful. Highly recommend this place

Its nice that they have a fuel center on property. Friendly staff for the most part except one front end manager lady who needs to learn what respectful language in a shared space means and not be rude and act like she owns the place and she can say what she wants and dont ask her to be more respectful with her vocabulary in shared space . And how customer service should be carried out in a helpful and friendly manner. Not acting irritated like you're interrupting her moment. But the rest of the staff is well mannered
