boy if you have choices don't go to Smith's on Redwood Road and 39th. That place is always a mess, the store is dirty, they are always out of the products or they've got tons of boxes and crap in the aisle on a Saturday so you can't get your cart through. if you wanna return something they want you to spend 30 minutes sitting in line with a bunch of people trying to send money, it's just ridiculous. They should have one line for money orders and all that financial stuff and another line for people that need to do store business that don't require that. for as much money as Smith's charge they ought to be able to do a lot better job than this, that store sucks don't go there

Great location. Huge selection. We were staying with family at the University of Utah Hospital and needed a blanket. They had that and everything else we needed. Large convenient parking. Everything is clean and well organized. Would deffinatly recommend it.

This is normally a very good place to shop at - and the staff is always nice - but recently they changed it so that the makeup cases are locked all the time - and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for them to try and find the ONE key they had to the cases - they didn't end up finding the person with the key - and I left without getting what I needed. I hope that they can change this system - with either more keys (maybe one at each register) or having them unlocked during the day hours like they did before. It is a shame to be made to wait that long and leave empty handed. The woman who tried to help me was very nice - though clearly upset at not being able to actually help the situation.

Came to get 1 thing I went in one guy told me they close in one minute but he let me through to get what I needed when I got upstairs, the guy did not let me through even after I told him another guy let me and was waiting for me to pay. He didn’t care and gave me attitude. He kicked me out and asked me why I would even go in one minute into closing. I wouldn’t have gone in if the first guy had a problem. I get you wanna go home but either way there was people still there it felt like I was the only one who got kicked out for no reason. 0 out of 10 never coming again these employees need to start communicating with each other so these things don’t happen cause he wasted my time and the other guys time.
