I come here every other week to stock up on my hookah supplies usually I’m greeted with great customer service and when they don’t have what I usually come in there for they tell me they assure me it’s on the order and have a great attitude. Today I walked in the young lady didn’t speak acted like she didn’t want to be there I asked if she knew if what I wanted was on the order being that I bought the last one over a week ago she just replied idk I’ll have to ask my manager do you want something else as if I was bothering her, maybe she was having a bad day but with a million smoke shops around and this being one I frequent with not even the best prices this visit was very disappointing after tapping my card she didn’t hand over a receipt or say a word she went back to her computer and phone to switch music not even a thank you or have a good day. Customer service isn’t for everyone.
