Matt was super helpful—he set everything up for me and when my mic output suddenly stopped working, I called him over and he quickly got it all back on track. Never one to say it can't be done, Matt works with artists until they get the sound they want. And he has an ear that hears things the artist doesn't. After working for over 40 years as a recording artist. in the best studios with the best engineers and producers in the country, I have tracked with Sonic for the last 10 years. Not only have I saved travel expense and time, but Sonic productions have been accepted and heralded by all my producers, which is even a greater reference. While I wish Mat all the business he can handle, I selfishly hope that he does't get overbooked so he is available for my productions.
