Not a good venue. At all. They served raw chicken. It took over two hours to serve dinner (over an hour late). Cheapest disgusting food. Horrible untrained waitstaff. One of my friends had to show the bartenders how to make a drink on their menu. The parking lot was covered in trash and filth. Bathrooms were dirty. The roof was leaking in several places. Save yourself the time and money and find another place to hold your event.

Command holiday party for 3rd Fleet. Bartenders were not real bartenders. Clueless staff wandering around with microwave munchies. Salad was a tiny, cold crab cake thing. Banquet hall looked and smelled like a 1980’s funeral home. Entrees were 60 mins late and hideous tasting. My 14yo son could have prepared better food. Chicken was not cooked fully and was bloody red on cutting . I could go on but I’m really hungry and cold and tired of smelling old people smell. NEVER BOOK HERE!

Had extremely terrible experience here. First, the venue is not finished. The first things you see are the pieces of construction equipment in the parking lot blocking several convenient spaces for the event. Then you go in and there are unfinished doorways with exposed drywall, the giant sliding glass has missing pieces of wall where it was cut wrong and they try to hide all these flaws with high end exposed beams and expensive chandeliers. They should have spent their money finishing the building. It rained the day of the event and the shotty ventilation system leaked water in more than 5 locations in the venue. And when i say leaked, they needed buckets on the floor to catch all the water. They moved tables and put towels and water floor signs. Also, it wasn't just the ventilation system. The roof itself was leaking from their poor craftmanship or poor upkeep. Oh, it only gets better. The party i attended was a huge Christmas party of 100 people plus. The food was horrendous! It took hours for the waiters to get all the food out to the guests and they served it poorly with giving one guest a plate at each table and so forth. So the guests had to be rude by eating in front of others without food or let their food go ice cold before everyone at a table got their food. Then once everyone recieve their food half of it or more was left their because the food wasn't cooked all the way through. It was a mess. Plus, like another attendee has commented the bartenders weren't bartenders, just servers pouring alcohol. They didn't know how to mix drinks, what's in a specific drink. They didn't even know how to make a margarita. I will say even though this event was terrible in almost every way and the servers and event staff were struggling to even get this event completed. They were extremely courteous and hardworking, just lacking in skills needed for an event this size and caliber. Spark you need to change so much before ever doing an event this size or even close to this size again. I definitely do not recommend. They made a usually amazing night into a night where i was hungry, wet and drinking sour mix with my tequila.
