Sports garage is very down to earth, friendly, non-pretentious people that genuinely want to be helpful and nice. I originally called inquiring about a bike last fall, and out of the dozen or so shops I spoke with, Sports Garage was the most helpful and informed. Dan is extremely knowledgeable about bikes and discussing the options, as is Fred who I worked with for ordering and setting up the bike. I did encounter some major issues after purchase, and Brad the owner went out of his way to make sure it all got resolved in a timely fashion - everyone was apologetic and without attitude. It can be tough to find a mountain bike shop that doesn’t carry an attitude with it - this is definitely one! If nothing else, call or stop in and see for yourself! Thanks to you all and I LOVE the new bike (let’s face it, it’s the best bike 😂).

Brad and his team at Sports Garage Cycling are the BOMB! I rented a demo bike at the start of the season and LOVED it. So, when I returned the bike, I ordered one up. COVID affected delivery but, the team handled this with grace by keeping me updated on the status and in the loop throughout the whole process. I am sure it wasn't easy calling to say, "Hey! Your bike is not in yet but..." multiple times but in these times what can you do. Once my bike finally arrived, it was slightly different than what I had ordered...in a good way!! I am one happy customer and HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend doing business with these guys. Not only are they easy to work with but really rad too!

Wow, I had the best experience buying a new bike at Sports Garage! It is so daunting to buy a bike these days with so many features and bikes being such a big-ticket purchase. They stocked many demo bikes in smalls and x-smalls which not a lot of stores do, and then helped me find the bike perfect for my riding style. Then once it came in, they set it up and spent hours with me adjusting it for my height, weight, hands, preferences, and teaching me how to use all of the features I wasn't used to. They sure have a lifelong customer out of me! 12/10 would recommend.
