A nice little place to visit! Had no idea it existed until recently. I needed some professional headshots done for work & we were going to go to Kubota Garden yet with the need for a permit for the photographer - ended up here instead. Lot of cute sections within the garden, including the rose garden, and a view of the city in the back corner. Hopefully I can revisit soon!

06/18/23: this beautiful Arboretum is a hidden gem in South Seattle Campus. It is located nearby the North Parking Lot and there are plenty of parking nearby to visit this awesome place. When I visited, there were none many people, less than five I believed. It has tons of beautiful, relaxing, and calming sceneries with tons of plants, trees, and flowers. It is worth your visit if you are nearby the area

Absolutely beautiful place! Was expecting it to be busy but there were only a handful of other people in there when I went. Lots of walking trails with a variety of different types of trees and plants. The roses were super pretty during bloom as well!

Occupying the NW corner of South Seattle College, the SSC arboretum is modest in size but full of little surprises hidden among some of the smaller paths and walkways. Several larger spaces and walkways make the smaller paths easy to miss, so take your time and explore. Largely well-maintained, with numerous defined areas for gardens and groves, a few areas show signs of stagnation or incomplete renovation. Numerous benches to sit and appreciate the beauty are scattered throughout the grounds along with a gazebo, several viewing platforms, and a few bridges. A small artificial stream bubbles slightly obscured from view in one corner of the site.
