I had a confusing time here the other day. I love this theater, as I love all independent movie theaters, and I want to support them. However, I think they charge automatic gratuity without alerting you to the charge. I got a ticket, small popcorn, and a drink ($11+7+4) and then was charged $27 on my card. That's slightly more than 20% added to the total, and on my receipt, it didn't list the gratuity, nor was I prompted on a screen when using my card. So confusing!

Never been to this theater before after living nearby for a few years. I very much regret not coming sooner! The tables upstairs between the seats are nice to have and the seats are comfy. Highly recommend!

Their popcorn is top tier, and I believe it’s vegan even if you add butter. Watching movies here is such a vibe with all the crown-molding and comfy old chairs. Most recent watch was Mickey 17 with some friends on a Sunday, folks at the counter were super nice as well. Thanks for being awesome Twin Cinemas!

Decent prices and nice concessions workers but not even worth it in my opinion. I came here to see venom with my husband and had a big group of young teens behind us a ways taking pictures with flash, playing music, talking loud and moving sets a lot. A lady on the other side had to tell them 3ish times to stop and it helped a little bit but definitely took a lot from the experiences of the theater. The theater should do better at checking up during the movies. I never had this problem at any other theater. So sad because it seemed cute but I really don't wanna risk wasting my money here again.
