This shop is one of the friendliest and most well kept shop I've been to anywhere. The staff are always very helpful and are never pushy. I've gotten many products from here from pipes, to tamper tools, to pipe tobacco and everything I buy is always top of the line. The workers always give me extra stuff on top of my purchases like matches and pipe cleaners. They even one time topped off a lighter I bought from them.

Had a wonderful experience. Went to the Renn Fair this weekend and ran into a guy smoking what he told me was Stag Tobacconist's Private Reserve, and it smelled wonderful. My wife and I decided to stop in and get some based on how good it smelled. When we arrived the owner was very attentive, and treated us like any other customer despite us definitely not being his usual clientele. He interpreted what I was asking about, made reasonable suggestions regarding other similar products("My Blend") which we ended up purchasing some of as well. The owner shared with us that My Blend is his father's personal blend from when he was the tobacconist 20+ years before the current owner took over. He was also helpful with cigar related accessories that I was interested in as well. And finally he treated my wife with respect and included her in the conversation, not just selling to me, but answering her questions at the same time.

Excellent selection of pipes and pipe tobaccos, as well as cigars, humidors, and various accoutrements. I went in hoping to maybe find a generic pipe tobacco and spent almost an hour shopping, chatting, and perusing the shop. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for some of the harder to find pipe tobacco. As a pipe smoker, I obviously focused on that side, though there is also a large walk in humidor with great selection and reasonable prices.
