Smaller venue with a patio and balcony (assuming they open it). Some seating along the edges near the back, but it's primarily a standing venue. Great spot if for less popular artists as you'll definitely be able to get pretty up close to them.

Plenty of bathrooms, decent food and drink selection, and perhaps most importantly, REASONABLY PRICED food and drinks. Yes, they're probably being sold for a bit more than you'd find them at the store, but they're not charging $17 for a beer here. Also, they had water stations available in a few spots, free of charge, which I greatly appreciated. It's mostly standing room inside, but there are a few seats/tables available that I saw. Sound was pretty good too, not blown out or unbalanced. Would definitely come back to this venue for another show.

Went to their Witch's Ball event. It had awesome performances, a great little market with on theme items for sale, the DJ they had near the beginning was soooo good and added so much to the ambiance. The Host was a great host but felt a little off brand for a witch ball. I Would of rather had a more witchy, gothy host. Overall though I loved it and want to go back next year.
