After neglecting my physical fitness for several years, a sports injury kick-started a fitness journey for me to heal up and prevent future injuries. The StarCycle staff and instructors gave me a comfortable and safe space to take this journey with while being free of the worry of being judged or compared to other riders like I heard about at other indoor cycling studios. I recommend StarCycle in West Seattle to anyone who is looking for a welcoming, challenging, and incredibly fun indoor cycling studio or new form of exercise to try out. By the end of the year I'll be close to 200 rides and have no plans of stopping anytime soon! I couldn't be happier to be part of the West Seattle StarFam!
