Great food. Giant corn dog and turkey leg were excellent. Prices went up from last year but the Fair was a lot of fun.

Ate at Smokey John's. BBQ plate was 36 coupons ($36). Food was not edible. Ribs were tar black and so tough to chew. Imo, they were cooked LONG LONG ago and been in the warmer forever and a day. Absolutely disgusting for the amt we paid for 6 ribs, potato salad, and bread. The food court was hot, loud, and full of people so difficult finding a place to sit down and eat.

BBQ plate at Smokey John's was unedible. Ribs were black and cooked so long it looked like they were covered with tar. Cost was $36. When given the plate, they handed it to me covered in foil. Had I seen the plate b4 I sat down, I would never have accepted it. Tried to eat it but just couldn't. Took it back to show them and they really didn't care. They said to throw it away if we didn't want it. No apologies for the overcooked meat at an exorbitant price. If you want BBQ at the fair, please do yourself a favor and find another vendor.
